Brand new test adapter service trolley for your electronics manufacturing

The new ESD-compliant test adapter service trolley is excellent for all service and transportation tasks in electronics manufacturing. With a wide range of features, this product is designed for use in various work environments.

With a sturdy steel sheet body approximately 1100 mm high, 670 mm wide, and 810 mm deep, it provides a solid base. The trolley is equipped with a heavy-duty telescopic full extension for the lower ICT adapter use and secure positioning for the upper ICT adapter. The centering system was specifically developed for the original test adapter transport lift from SCS (Article number: 55 200 9013). The aluminum guide rails allow for secure positioning of the test adapters, ensuring reliable handling. The ESD-compliant swivel casters also feature four total lock brakes to secure the service trolley in place. The trolley is powder-coated and includes an integrated vacuum cleaner for convenient on-site cleaning. An automatic cable rewind and an ESD-compliant brush with a holder complete the equipment.

This solution provides efficient and safe handling of test adapters in the ICT area, making it an essential addition to any workplace.

Efficient removal and secure transport solution for exchangeable sets

The new lever lift for Pematech exchangeable sets offers height-adjustable controls and a sensor-controlled safety system for ergonomic and safe work. The low-maintenance lifting mechanism with self-locking and the two-speed cable remote control ensure precise positioning and individual lifting speed. The anodized aluminum receptacle basket is equipped with end stops and locking bolts to securely fix the adapters during transport. Lockable front swivel casters provide additional stability. With the lever lift, you have an efficient and safe solution for handling even heavy exchangeable sets.

Safety in the workplace is essential. Our lifting and transport system protects you from injuries and accidents at work, as well as costly production downtime due to damage to exchangeable inserts.

Lift frame and dust-tight storage module with interchangeable castors

For the transition of the storage and transport modules from normal-room-areas to clean-room-areas.

First, the specially equipped storage module is put into the clean room lock. Then the storage module is pushed into the installed lift module to change the castors via a centering. The operator uses the touch panel to control the storage module lifting. Two synchronously controlled lifting elements elevate the frame with a precision-linear-guide system into the end position at a speed of approx. 10mm/sec. In the next step, the castor system is changed via special quick-change couplings. After the exchange, the storage module is lowered and can be used in the intended area.
